  • Recognize you need a break before you crash.

  • Reset – Identify and plan things to do to create more balance and rejuvenate.

  • Refresh – Your goal is not just to feel caught up on rest but refreshed. If you don’t feel refreshed you need something more.

  • Repeat – Follow these steps on a regular basis to prevent burnout and keep you functioning at your best.
